The grill's cooking surface measures 17-1/4 by 9 inches and comes seasoned and ready to use. Easily temper the cooking speed of food by rotating the grate away from the heat source. The grill has two adjustable heights, along with a draft door that regulates the heat--so in addition to frying or grilling, the unit can warm a pot of coffee or chili. Coals are accessible behind a flip-down door.
