Hollow Edge set features both a 4" Paring Knife and a 5" Santorum Hollow Edge; each hollow-edge blade cuts paper-thin slices and prevents food from sticking. Forged of molten steel to create a long-lasting, high-quality blade, each knife is beveled toward its cutting edge, holds its edge well and easily returns to sharp after each sharpening. Each knife features a full tang, the blade's extension inside the handle, which provides balance and ease of use. Each handle is tightly bonded to the tang and features 3 no-stain rivets. Hand wash.
